Krusader provides Twin Panel File Management supports FTP, SFTP, SCP ...
This is a good commander for Linux Desktop, the Krusader's features are listed here:

To install Krusader, simply run this command:
# yum install kdiff3 krename # yum install krusader
Now click on the icon Krusader File Manager in the Start Menu or run:
$ krusader
